Happy 2011!!! We celebrated by having our annual Rock Band party at church... I think this is the 4th year we've done this now. It's always a blast playing Rock Band and then gathering for prayer as the New Year rolls in... Here are some pics from that evening (the lights were low, so not the best quality).

The boys had the Wii set up in the Session Room, and the girls watched movies in the Cry Room... and we even managed to clean things up nicely before the wedding the following afternoon. :)
All the kiddos needed a hair cut by the end of break... The boys both had trims, with Jacob's being the least invasive (couldn't convince him to chop it off... but that's ok). The girls had their hair cuts last night. Katelyn's is just above her shoulders now (which she loves), and Courtney's... well... let's just say Courtney didn't sit very still, so her cut is a little shorter than I wanted it to be... but she still looks cute as a button.

Of course, what fun would it be ringing in the new year without some appliance going haywire??? This time it was my laptop. A good friend of ours pulled all the data off the hard drive, so we didn't lose anything... and wouldn't you know it, after we purchased a new laptop, the old one started working again. Really strange... the boys are using my old laptop now... I'm just a little too nervous about putting anything important on there for fear of another crash. That said, I'm still working on uploading/downloading important info back and forth between computers. Ahhh... fun!
