We met Dr Bao Friday morning. Dr Bao is the neurosurgeon who performed Courtney's spina bifida surgery. He was super busy but stopped for a moment so we could take a pic with him.
We also got to meet a beautiful Baobei child at the hospital. She holds a special place in my heart since she is the first Baobei that we "sponsored" for surgery. How amazing to get to meet her in person! She has a delightful personality and is simply adorable!! :)
Here's a pic of Scott and me with my friend, Kim. Kim works for Baobei and moved to Shanghai from Miami. We were introduced via another online friend, Mary.
And here are more pics of Shanghai. Scott had a blast taking pics while we were driving around. Our driver that day (James) was a lot of fun. He and Scott had a good time chatting in the front seat while I sat in the back with Ann. This first pic is of a huge thumb in the lobby of our hotel!

How exciting that you got to meet Kim. She was in our travel group in Dec. 04 we we got our girls! So excited for you as you meet your daughter today!!
